This shop has been at its present location at the front of the Market for over 30 years. Rita took over the business from the original owner, Tony, when he retired in 2000. Tony still likes to drop by every Saturday to chat with his regular customers and see his friends at the Market. Rita worked with relatives who ran fish businesses at the Market before she took over the Smoke & Gift Shop herself.
