Caviar Direct has had over a decade of experience in the selection and purveying of fine caviar, artisan smoked salmons, truffles, truffle oils, and unique Canadian gourmet products. Their clientele is diverse but discriminating, and many celebrities, restaurateurs, caterers and Master Chefs shop here for top quality smoked salmon, truffle oils, and caviar.

They offer a selection of rare, fine caviar ranging in price from reasonable to very expensive. Good taste and quality is available in all price ranges. The Arctic caviar, made right here in Canada, is well-priced for very good value. Their new Denmark gravlox (herbed salmon) is sweet and tasty. They carry a unique line of wild-crafted Canadian sundries, such as pickled fiddleheads, milkweed pods, spruce tips, cedar jelly, balsam jelly and birch syrup produced by small Aboriginal and Native companies.

They also carry the best truffles, imported from Europe, and feature "diamond white" truffle oil with concentrated pure truffle flavour.
