We've heard your feedback and are offerring more hands-on classes. We are also introducing Shop the Market classes where our professional chefs will take you down into the Market, shop for ingredients, and then head back to the kitchen to cook up a delicious meal. Plus Cook Book Club sessions, French Cooking lessons, cooking with organic products, 30-minute meals and more.

Participants will be notified in advance and will be reimbursed or offered a credit. Customers cancelling a booking at least 3 business days prior to the class will receive a credit towards another class. There will be no refunds issued and the credit must be used within 3 months. Customers canceling less than 3 business days in advance will not receive a credit.

Hands-on cooking classes: THE MAKING OF A COOK SERIES: LEARN THE BASICS OF FRENCH CUISINE

Tuesday, November 8 Class #3 – Off the Bone
Working with meat and fish Learn the chef’s secret techniques for sautéing, searing, roasting and poaching. There will be no recipe you won’t want to tackle after this class. This is a how-to class that will change how you approach cooking.
Tuesday, November 15 Class #4 Sugar - The Making of a Pastry Chef
This class will teach you some basic dessert skills. You will work with the fundamental ingredients of French dessert; sugar, butter, eggs and flour. These skills are fundamentals, but the results are infinite.
