HALL HOMEIf there is music, or music with dancing at your Event, an applicable SOCAN charge will be included in your Rental Fee.
The total Rental Fee that appears on your Rental Agreement is a Final Fee. There are no hidden fees or additional charges required to book our Facility. This Fee is the sum of the Rental Fee, Refundable Late / Damage Deposit, applicable SOCAN Fee, and applicable early Access Fee. These are subject to 13% HST (tax). All Rental Payments are by Certified Cheque only, made payable to City - Treasurer, Toronto.
A Certificate of Liability Insurance (Two Million Dollars) may be required for certain Events held at the St. Lawrence Hall. For more information, please call our booking Office at (416) 392-7809.
